I use a combination of cognitive behavioral, acceptance commitment, and dialectical behavior therapy techniques to guide our work. I provide telehealth appointments for your convenience and am happy to file an insurance claim on your behalf so that you may be reimbursed for our sessions through your out of network insurance benefits.
